RFDump V1.1 Installation on Windows XP

1. Extract the zip file into folder

2. Copy win32com.dll into your \Windows\system32 directory.  

   You can either get Sun's Java API which contains win32com.dll  
	 http://java.sun.com/products/javacomm/downloads/index.html 
   Or just get the javax.comm from another site, like MIT
	 http://llk.media.mit.edu/projects/picdev/software/javaxcomm.zip

3. Modify rfdump.properties to point to the correct serial port that the 
   ACGs PCMCIA/CF Multi-Tag Reader (or other reader) is using. COM3 is 
   selected by default. Ignore (or remove) the line that states 
   "#port=/dev/ttyS1". This is only required when running RFDump on Linux.  
	
4. Start RFDump by running startRFDump.bat
